1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Services

Collision Management Consultants LLC ("CMC LLC," "CMC," or "Collision Success") provides in-person and virtual seminars, online courses, workshops, one-on-one coaching, mentoring, private training, educational materials, professional skills development, and access to online platforms and support. CMC LLC may update or discontinue Services at any time.

3. Registration & Accounts

Some Services require registration. You must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and notify CMC LLC immediately of unauthorized access. CMC LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 Payment Terms

Payment is due at registration. Pricing may change at any time.

4.2 Refund Policy

Seminars, one-on-one training, and mentoring programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Credits may be issued at CMC LLC’s discretion.

4.3 Cancellations by CMC LLC

If CMC LLC cancels an event, you will receive a rescheduled date or service credit. CMC LLC is not responsible for travel or lodging expenses.

5. One-on-One Training & Mentoring Terms

5.1 Scheduling

Sessions must be booked through CMC LLC channels.

5.2 Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required. No-shows may forfeit the session.

5.3 Coaching Disclaimer

CMC LLC provides guidance but does not guarantee business, financial, or performance outcomes.

5.4 Confidentiality

CMC LLC maintains confidentiality unless required by law or safety concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials—including videos, slides, worksheets, and recordings—are owned exclusively by Collision Management Consultants LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, record, livestream, or use materials for your own seminars, programs, or commercial use. A limited, non-transferable personal-use license is granted.

Participants may not create derivative work, trainings, conferences, or seminars based on CMC LLC content or methodologies. Unauthorized competitive use may result in legal action.

7. Conduct & Participation Rules

You agree to behave respectfully, avoid disruption, comply with instructions, and refrain from harassment or harmful behavior. CMC LLC may remove participants without refund for violations.

CMC LLC may revoke access to online platforms, communities, materials, and programs for disruptive or harmful behavior without refund.

8. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of submitted content but grant CMC LLC a license to use it for training, improvement, and service delivery. You confirm your content is lawful and does not infringe upon others’ rights.

9. Privacy

CMC LLC collects personal information for registration and service delivery. Information is not sold. Use of data is governed by the CMC LLC Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." CMC LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • business growth
  • profitability
  • operational improvements
  • financial outcomes
  • accuracy of information
  • uninterrupted access to services

Any examples shared in seminars or training are illustrative only and do not represent promised or typical results. Participation is at your own risk.

11. Professional Advice Disclaimer

CMC LLC does not provide legal, tax, financial, HR, compliance, or accounting advice. Any business decisions you make are your sole responsibility, and you should consult qualified professionals before implementation.

12. Technology & Access Requirements

Participants are responsible for maintaining adequate Internet access, device compatibility, and software for virtual services. CMC LLC is not responsible for technical failures on the participant’s side.

13. Limitation of Liability

CMC LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of income, business interruptions, travel expenses, technical failures, or errors. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

14. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during in-person events. CMC LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that occur at event locations.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Collision Management Consultants LLC harmless from claims arising from:

  • misuse of Services
  • violations of these Terms
  • distribution or unauthorized use of CMC LLC materials
  • misconduct during participation

16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By registering for Services, you agree not to file chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with CMC LLC. Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as breach of contract and may result in revoked access and recovery actions.

17. Force Majeure

CMC LLC is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside its control, such as illness, weather, power outages, technical failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Collision Management Consultants LLC is registered.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and CMC LLC and supersede all prior proposals, understandings, or verbal promises.

21. Media Release

By participating in any CMC LLC event, you grant CMC LLC permission to photograph, film, record, and use your image, likeness, and voice for marketing, training, advertising, and promotional use without compensation. You waive all rights to inspect or approve final materials and release CMC LLC from claims related to media usage.

22. Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in seminars, coaching, or mentoring, you acknowledge inherent risks and voluntarily assume them. You release CMC LLC from liability for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This applies to both in-person and virtual services.
