The seminar and consulting services include precise estimating, blueprinting, and parts and material systems as well as quality controls that reduce missed line items, comebacks and re-do’s designed to improve gross profit per repair.
CMC outlines SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), checklists, and coaching. In addition, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) will be discussed to improve cycle time, reduce large supplements, lower material costs, reduce parts returns and, most importantly, increase gross and net profit.

Profit Through Precision Seminar
CMC delivers powerful, high energy, one-day (4-hour) seminars that compress 50+ years of collision industry expertise into proven, profit-driven strategies for immediate implementation in your shop or shops. Enrollment fee costs will be fully refunded if the fees are not recovered by using these tools within the first 60 days of the execution of the procedures outlined in the seminar.
The seminars are held mid-week. This allows your staff to work on the busiest days. Usually Monday, Fridays and month end.
